{"id":662838,"date":"2022-09-06T15:16:33","date_gmt":"2022-09-06T14:16:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.testingforall.org\/?page_id=662838"},"modified":"2022-11-04T18:35:19","modified_gmt":"2022-11-04T18:35:19","slug":"service-update","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.testingforall.org\/service-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Service Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><b>How long do I have to use my existing tests?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The timeline for using the service is as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Testing For All to stop selling new tests &#8211; 12th September 2022<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last date to use your existing tests by &#8211; 31st October 2022<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last access date to your results and certificates &#8211; 31st March 2023<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you wish, you can also request a refund in accordance with our <\/span><a href=\"\/refunds-returns\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">refunds and returns<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Will I still receive support for my test?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes. We continue to provide support up to the last date to use your existing tests, of 31st October 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>What will happen to my account and data?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your privacy is everything to Testing For All. Within 30 days from the last date of processing of 31st October 2022 we will remove critical personal information from our systems including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E-commerce transaction data<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Address information<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Passport information<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By 30th April 2023 we will delete test record data and remove customer accounts from <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.testingforall.app\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.testingforall.app<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you wish to delete your account including all of your encrypted data sooner, you can do this <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/testingforall.app\/delete-account\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>I am tracking my antibody level over time. How do I keep my test results?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can continue to access your results up to 31st March 2023 in <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.testingforall.app\/tests\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.testingforall.app\/tests<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We recommend that you <a href=\"http:\/\/www.testingforall.app\">login<\/a> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and download the certificates from your existing tests for your records.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to continue to measure your levels, please find an alternative provider that offers the Roche Anti-SARS-COV-2 \u201cS\u201d Spike Protein test.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Why are you stopping to sell COVID tests?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The need for private testing has fallen to a low level following the success of vaccination programs and the need for the UK to learn to live with COVID.
