How long do I have to use my existing tests?

The timeline for using the service is as follows:

  • Testing For All to stop selling new tests – 12th September 2022
  • Last date to use your existing tests by – 31st October 2022
  • Last access date to your results and certificates – 31st March 2023

If you wish, you can also request a refund in accordance with our refunds and returns policy.

Will I still receive support for my test?

Yes. We continue to provide support up to the last date to use your existing tests, of 31st October 2022.

What will happen to my account and data?

Your privacy is everything to Testing For All. Within 30 days from the last date of processing of 31st October 2022 we will remove critical personal information from our systems including:

  • E-commerce transaction data
  • Address information
  • Passport information

By 30th April 2023 we will delete test record data and remove customer accounts from www.testingforall.app

I am tracking my antibody level over time. How do I keep my test results?

You can continue to access your results up to 31st March 2023 in www.testingforall.app/tests 

We recommend that you login and download the certificates from your existing tests for your records.

In order to continue to measure your levels, please find an alternative provider that offers the Roche Anti-SARS-COV-2 “S” Spike Protein test.

Why are you stopping to sell COVID tests?

The need for private testing has fallen to a low level following the success of vaccination programs and the need for the UK to learn to live with COVID. As Testing For All was setup to provide a high volume testing service in the pandemic, we have taken the decision to stop selling new tests from 12th September 2022 due to the low ongoing demand for the service.
