If you would like to find out if your employees have been exposed and developed protective antibodies against COVID-19, our test determines both the presence and level of antibodies to the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

This test will provide a count of the concentration of antibodies in the blood that is standardised and comparable to other similar tests or WHO data and can be used to determine if an immune response was triggered following natural infection or a vaccination over time.

There are currently no requirements to offer testing to your employees, however doing so can help make your employees and customers feel safer and measure how effective your social distancing measures are in preventing the transmission of the disease. Workplaces have been shown to be clusters for transmission, so regularly testing your employees for active infections is important to help keep transmission rates down.

We recommend conducting a survey of your workforce using antibody testing, enabling you to measure immunity levels by seeing how many of your employees have already contracted the disease and understand the effectiveness of your social distancing measures. The Immunity Tracker also allows you to test for immune response to vaccination, helping bring peace of mind to your employees.


PCR tests are highly accurate, lab based tests used to detect viral presence within your workforce. We recommend using them to complement lateral flow antigen testing and/or to check suspected contact cases.

Many businesses choose to offer PCR tests to their employees prior to them returning into the workplace, or on a regular basis as screening tool (either to check the entire workforce, or some employees at random).

Our PCR tests are highly reliable and pain-free as they use saliva instead of swabs.


The PCR Viral RNA tests are 100% specific and 100% sensitive. They have been CE-IVD marked.

Accuracy based on viral loads of 750 copies/ml (LOD testing), based on studies using laboratory-based ISO approved RNA control spike-in material. Whilst research is ongoing, median viral load in saliva of confirmed cases has been measured at 5.2 log (~160,000 copies/ml [2]).

Our antibody test is 98.8% sensitive and 99.98% specific and has been CE Marked by Roche.

Currently our lab takes between 24-48 hours to deliver results once samples are received. Our base offer includes Royal Mail Track24 return mailer. However, we do recommend that you arrange your own courier if you are looking for a faster turnaround time, as Royal Mail service levels always vary.

Your employees will be able to access their results via our TFA App. The results will be available to download as reports, indicating personal details, time the test was taken as well as results.

All results are stored in the app, so if you choose to test with us on a recurring basis, your employees will always be able to access their test history and reports.

We can carry out as many tests as you require. However, our e-commerce platform only supports transactions of max. 10 tests. We suggest therefore that if you require more than 10 tests, you place several transactions through.

Testing For All is a not-for-profit organisation, and charges for the test at the cost we are charged by our suppliers, plus a small administration fee to cover the costs of operating the platform. We are committed to keeping the price of antibody testing as low as possible, and the current price is likely to fall over time as our scale of testing increases.
